Uninstalling Media Pro?

I installed Media Pro last month. The 30 day trial ends for me in two days. I want to remove it from my system (Mac OS 10.6.7). What steps do I need to follow other than just dragging the app to the trash? (I'm assuming that would leave some files on the computer.)

  Delete the following items:
  
  Hd/Applications/Media Pro.app
  ~/Library/Preferences/Media Pro Import Log
  ~/Library/Caches/Phase One Media Pro Scratch Æ’ folder
  ~/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.mediapro.plist
  ~/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.mediapro.settings
  
  That should do it.

  I also found:
  ~/Library/Application Support/Phase One Media Pro (folder)
  ~/Library/Caches/com.phaseone.mediapro
  
  And I had created a folder with a test catalog.

  I also found (on Mavericks)
  ~/Library/Caches/com.phaseone.mediaproimagerenderer
  ~/Library/Caches/com.phaseone.mediaproimporter
