C1 Sony Pro Import without portrait mode
I just bought C1 Sony Pro and was aware that I cannot work with my older .nef and cr2 RAW files but I have been told that I can import and view them. I was able to do so but a certain amount of photos are imported with the wrong orientation. More or less only .nef files (Portrait mode pictures are imported 90 Degree wrong) So I wonder what happened...
I recently worked with "A Better Finder Attribute 6" to copy exif dates to the creation date, but this should not erase the orientation-data in the file!?
So the status is the following, I cannot turn any Nikon or Canon photos with C1. Are the files corrupted or did I do something wrong during import? The majority of my Canon RAWs came in without problem.
Changing orientation in the exif-data is at least for me really complicated so I want to avoid going this way but try something within C1 Sony Pro.
Actually when viewing the RAW files in the MAC finder before import they are in the correct upgright portrait mode, only after importing I got the complete mess.
Many thanks for every hint here!

From within Capture One Pro (for Sony), there won't be a way to right the orientation of the NEF or CR2 files. Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the Scripts > Get Logs option, as well as include one of those problematic NEF and CR2 files. 0
