local adjustment and other

hello:) I am working tethered every day and i have problem with copy local adjustment. If I setup example local additional exposure during photo session next image doesn't have this adjustment. In tab NEXT CAPTURE ADJUSTMENT I have COPY FROM LAST. any idea? thank you. jacek
