Thumbnails not updating when...

applying "pasting settings" on an image(s) the browser thumbnails are not changing but when clicking on one of them, the image in the viewer does display the settings.

Is there a preference related to updating the browser images when applying changes that I'm missing?

These are JPGS, on a Mac Yosemite Canon 5D M2

    It may be a conflict with the location of the files and the read/write access to recreate the proxy file.
    Are you using Sessions or a Catalog?
    This is something that we have seen when people use sessions on something like a Drobo drive where the Proxy Files can't be properly refreshed.
