Is there a conflict between orientation tags in LC11, C1 Pro
Does anyone have the same problem?
When using C1 pro tethered to an Aptus 75, everything seems fine. The images come in as they should. If I would then like to open the images in PS, I would need to re-save the images in LC11. After doing so, the images will have changed their orientation from horizontal to vertical and vise versa. If the image was shot horizontally, the image would show as vertical with 1/3 of the image blacked out, when viewed in C1 pro.
The leaf.mos file always shows correctly in LC11 and in Bridge. If I open a new session, and copy the leaf.mos files into a new folder, the problem disappears. The problem makes me think its how C1 Pro is dealing with and applying its own orientation settings differently than LC11. Where LC11 embeds the settings into the file, C1 Pro stores its settings in the “CaptureOne†folder.

Capture One 6.2 has fixed Aptus 75 issues. Have you tried this version already with new and existing images. 0 -
The problem persists in 6.2
Tested with a new capture session in 6.2, and with an old 6.1.1 sessions viewed in C1 Pro 6.2.
6.1.1 was de-installed properly.0 -
Because the user base of Aptus 65/75 - LC11 - CO6 is presumably fairly small, you maybe better contact Phase One, Leaf or your dealer directly.
Do you like to stay online here as well, you might try the Leaf Capture forum or the Aptus forum which are closely monitored by Phase One/Leaf as well.0
