local adjustement too and vignette tool

I have read in the "C1 professors blog" that someone used the local adjustment layer with the vignette tool (obviously to block the amount of vignetting to the portraits' face). I cannot access on to that feature (C1 Pro 6.3.2). Does anybody know more about this?

  got the answer trough the blog, it is a workaround. Vignette tool is today not directly accessible within the local adjsutment layer:

  I did all the adjustments in Capture One 6.3. It is true that you cannot create Vignettings in an adjustments layer, so I added the Vignetting in the base layer and added an adjustments layer with a soft mask covering the face of the Model. In this mask, I adjusted the exposure a little bit to ensure that I got approximately the same skin tone lightness in all 3 examples.
