    Sure, you can convert in Photoshop.
    Better to used Capture One and process JPEGs from RAWs.
    Your options are to set a JPEG Destination or to use the QuickProof one.
    These are 2 different algorithms with the QuickProof one built for Speed and the Destination JPEG set for Quality as priority.

    Two ways to go here:

    If they are straight shots, IE no photoshop work, reprocess them in CO as JPEGs the exact size you need. If they are for screen viewing at screen size only, you have tons of files and want to save some time, Quick-Proof mode just screams at a couple seconds per file.

    Otherwise, make a Photoshop droplet with an action that downsizes the TIFFs and saves them as jpegs.
