Seriously, do you really need to change layout with every...
...single update.
Where the hell is the "Edit all selected variants"??
...and a few other stuff that I forgot about now, but had spent lots of time searching it, as it was placed somewhere else..

Found it, finally, it has been placed under "Image" tab and not "Edit" anymore....there's plenty other stuff like this placed elsewhere..

You can always find where a command is using the Help menu. (At least you can on a Mac - I assume Windows is the same.) On the Help menu, in the Search... field, start typing Edit all... and it will show you.
Also, it was fairly well publicised that they were making some changes of this kind in version 12. One of the reasons was to better align the Mac and Windows versions. For instance, for no very good reason, Edit keyboard Shortcuts was (logically) on the Edit menu in Windows, and somewhere else on a Mac, but now it's on the Edit menu for both.

Hi Ian,
wasn't aware of the search option, thanks.
And I wasn't keeping attention to the smaller update changes. I did find myself a few times lost, searching either crop grids, edit all, right/left layout, etc... It was even more frustrating I had to do that in the middle of editing which is frustrating.
Anyway, it does seem reasonable to have them versions as synced as possible 😊0
