    Some first aid highlights for 'since I updated to...' errors.
    1. When updating (from 5.x to 5.x for example, in contrast to upgrading from 4.x to 5.x) always do an uninstall first; when you have not done this, again go through an uninstall-install sequence.
    2. Trash the user preference file so it will be refreshed
    3. Trash the application support folders (process recipe, batch queue history etc.) so they will be refreshed
    4. Trash the session file (either the default Capture One Library session or the session you are having troubles with, recreate that session file)
