Use old file system instead of new Catalogs?

Is there any way to use the old Capture One tree file system instead of the new catalog system? I have years of files that are filed by Year, Month and project. I don’t need a system or want to have duplicate files in some other location taking up more disk space and I don't even know where to start!

    Of course you can.
    Go to File ->New session.
    Save the session and now you are back working like before.

    When you create a session instead of catalog, you can work as you used to be.

    Thanks for the reply. I read about sessions but was not sure if it would work as before.
