import with two adaptations makes pic smaller???

Hi, what happens here? to import a pic with no adaptation is ok.
with changing contrast and clearness (?) is ok.
with changing the lens correction is ok.
But changing both the pic is first to see a part of a second ok, then it becomes smaller (may be 3 mm around is away).
