Would anyone be willing to give a quick primer on the how, when, and why of lens cast correction in C1 4.6. Thanks

Maybe you will find the tutorial videos useful?

Lens cast correction is primarily to correct color shift of wide angle lenses when shooting with a view camera and digital back. Do you?

I have successfully corrected chromatic aberation and purple fringing from my dslr lenses. Vignetting and (manual) distortion correction should work fine as well.
