Output size for an Fuji S2 PRo

I am really impressed by C1 for image processing and for its algorithms. I have to convert some images made with an S2 Pro. It works fine except a confusion with the image size. In C1, the exif window information displays an image size of 3000x1992 pixels (considering a 6MP image). And Fuji or Photoshop consider the Raw file as a 3000x2008 pixels images. I have problem when processing output at 12MP. C1 allows me to set the size to 4256x2826 instead of 4256x2848 with the Fuji converter.

Is it normal, or bad? While the result in term of image quality is correct?
