Numerical values from the keyboard

Is it accurate to say that the ability to adjust numerical values from the keyboard in appropriate fields has been left out in C 1 4.5 ?

If so, what is the reason to do so?

If not, why are we not seeing it? and how can we do it?

    That is, to be able to access relevant fields from the keyboard and then, using the arrow keys, or Shift + arrow key, change the numerical values (possible in previous Pro iterations of the software).

    Yes exactly... I heard -after my post- that it is yet to be implemented...

    Well in fact in 3.7.9 Pro and earlier it is implemented, it is just not yet available in v 4.5 Pro.
