cannot process out of capture one

    The error you described is key here. There is probably an issue with a profile. Four checks:
    1. Proof Profile (View menu): set to Selected Recipe
    2. Camera profile: default or custom?
    3. Monitor profile: recently re-calibrated?
    4. Empty the batch process history

    By the way: what is your output profile?

    Hi Paul,

    1) my Proof profile is set to selected recipe
    2) Not quite sure what my setting is as dont know where to look
    3) hAve not calibrated my monitor in a very long time so cannot be the reason
    4)I have cleared the batch history

    still not processing out files?

    The camera profile is selectable from the Base Characteristics tool. It defaults to your camera's Generic profile.

    Can you process older images in a different folder?
    Do you use sessions frequently or do you use the default Capture One session?

    Another option: close CO6, go to the image folder, CaptureOne sub folder and delete the Cache folder, open CO6. New previews will be generated, no adjustments will be lost since these are stored in the Settings50 sub folder.

    I deleted the cache folder and that seems to of worked.
