output profile from lab

hi, I am looking to add a custom output profile for the purposes of my lab ( C1 6.4.3 10.7.4), where do i put it?

user folder > Library > ColorSync > Profiles

There is NO library within user.............there is HD>library>ColorSync (NONE within USER:)........this is Lion 10.7.4 (fresh system install and fresh 6.4.3 install........
