Best settings for Metadata

Hi,

Does anyone have recommendations for the best metadata settings for keeping Metadata consistent across both capture one, media Pro and Lightroom.

I tend to make metadata and image sections using star ratings in Lightroom then import into Capture One and Media Pro.

Capture ones Metadata settings are not intuitive and Media Pro seem no existent.
