having issue with upgrade, & issue with shadow banding
Hello, couple questions if you please.
I just downloaded the new release (5.0.1) and I can't install it. Is this supposed to be a paid upgrade? I get stuck on the licensing page. If it is a paid upgrade, please tell me how to go back to the previous version.
Second question.
When working high contrast files. I open the images into capture one and it opens everything up, including the shadows, which makes for some very ugly shadow banding. I see a fair bit of green or red banding across faces. It can make it hard to work with images. I use the shadow level tool to bring it back down, but then the shadows get blocked.
Please advise me on how to work around this problem. I would post an example but I am locked out of capture one at the moment due to this update.
Thanks.

you still can upload an original raw file using free file hosting services like rapidshare.com or box.net, etc0 -

On the Phase One Capture One 5 download page I read: "This is a paid upgrade from version 4".
To revert to CO4.x, drag the CO5 application to the Trash and install CO4.x. You might want to remove the plist file as well from the user's Library -> Preferences folder0
