Can Le be Upgraded to Pro?

I was told that with the 1 free upgrade, you could upgrade the LE to Pro, Is this true? If So can I buy it from any PhaseOne dealer, example Calumet?

    Hi-
    You can always upgrade your LE to PRO, but not for free, visit our eshop for prices. Updating is going from one version of LE software to the next for ex:
    like 3.73 to 3.74.
    Capture One Pro is featured packed and is more expensive than the Lighter LE version of the software that retails at $99.00 .
