Quickproof issue

Hi everyone
Any ideas? My Quickproofs keep coming out completly out of focus
I've tried chaning preview size in preferences
I've tried dumping preference in library
If I just made small jpegs works fine
But if I select quickproof in recipe they come out totally
Un-useable
Any other ideas?

  After having trashed the preference files, did you trash the focus mask (*.cof) and proxy files (*.cop) also?
  
  I would then regenerate the previews with the preview size slightly larger than needed. Once regenerated, try again.
