    Hi Michael,

    It has been a bit busy, If you didn't hear from us friday you will hear something monday. what will happen is we will forward the case to our sales department and they should be able to resolve the upgrade for you.

    few days are gone now and I didn't get an answer from your sales staff. Could you please ask them?
    Would be nice, so I can upgrade to Pro, thanks a lot.
