    If you tried to use the link in the Phase One email to activate you account with Safari, try another time but with Firefox or Chrome…
    Also be careful that there is no space at the end of the link…

    Thanks Nicolas and Jon for your replies.

    I have downloaded Google Chrome and tried that but still get a blank screen from the activation link. There is no gap at the end of the link I copied and pasted into chrome.

    It is very frustrating not being able to contact tech support to get the account activated but I need to log in to do this and can't log in because the account link for the activation sends me to a blank screen. A bit of a chicken and egg situation!

    The only other email addresses are outside of the Uk where I am based and don't seem appropriate for my issue.

    Can anyone help me get my account activated? Any advice welcomed?

    Hi Richard

    If you can login to the forum then you can also login to the main website.
    It is the same e-mail and password you use.
    You should just have received an e-mail from support with a reminder of user name and password as well.

    You did a successful login on the website yesterday.
    Also it is the same login here and on the main website, I just tested your account and it is working fine.
    Just in case, I will make sure a login detail reminder is sent to you.

    Hi, having the exact same problem. The activation link leads me to a blank page of the P1 website, and when I try to log in I am told my account is not yet activated. I tried resending the activation email, creating an account with a different email, and opening the link in several browsers but to no avail. Please help, thanks.
