Image not opening in CS3

I'm trying out Capture One Pro. I have Adobe CS3 and my system is Vista. I have a problem in as much as Capture One works perfectly until it is time to process the image. After Capture One does its thing, CS3 loads but then ..... nothing. The image does not appear in CS3. Frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution?

  Vista is not really supported yet but have you tried to in preferences in Capture One (Misc) to select PhotoShop to open file instead of "With .Tif associated application" ?

  Yes. I've tried it both ways. Any idea when Vista will be supported?

  Full support for Vista will arrive in 4.0  however, there is a workaround now to install Capture One with minimal problems.

  Another customer shared a solution that worked for them which was to:
  Uninstall Capture One, install CS3, and then reinstall Capture One 3.7.7
