Metadata styles and multiple pictures

Hello, I use CO8 since 6 month without problem but today i want, as i do usually, apply a metadata style to a lot of pictures and that don't work, only 1 pictures (the active picture) receive this metadata.

Any thing to do, i need to apply this metadata style to 17.000 pictures in one catalog.

    I think the option is check by default and i have never know is usage ^^

    I'm sorry, but this doesn't work for me. This is either a bug or a bad UX concept.

    The stack icon (Edit All Selected Variants) is enabled. This is what I do:

    1. Select multiple images (variants)
    2. Type a description, city name, whatever into IPTC metadata
    3. Entries are only applied to the first image!

    How do you change the location, description, titles, etc of multiple images in one go? Doing this one by one is a HUGE waste of unproductive time. A pro level software like C1 should be capable of such a simple task ☹️

    I'm not sure but I mean it's not possible at this time what you want.
    You can open a ticket at PO with "feature Request".
