Customise Toolbar in CaptureOne 9.2

Having just upgraded from Capture One 7 where everything worked perfectly I need to Customise my Toolbar. When I click on "customise...." the panel appears, I drag and drop but nothing has appeared. I can find no help with this, in fact, the online "Help" still says Capture One 8 so has something changed. I'd love advice, please.
