Activation problem for upgrade

Activation field lers me put in my License code and my email, but will not allow me to put in my name, country. I click there to fill in, b ut it won't take a keystroke.

    Press get profile and enter your password. These fields will be auto filled.

    You will only need to fill your name manually, If you have never registered before and do not have an existing P1 Profile.
