Sony .arw files

I am using windows 7 64 bit. My sony .arw files are not being recognised by EM2. The sony codec is on the computer as the files are showing as thumbnails and images in windows explorer. can anyone help please. ☹️

    No, I don't think anyone can help you. Expression Media don't seems to recognise the WIC component in the 64-bit environment. I have had the same problem. I have also created a support case.

    Install Win 32-bit or run a virtual machine. That's the way to go. Sorry.
