Can't multiple batch image process in 4.8

Just test 4.8 today. So far no suddenly quit.
But I could not multiple batch image process.
I try select a few images and press command+D but only one image process.
Try hold shift+command+D still get only one image process.

Anyone got the same problem?

    I also notice the develop file from P45+ on 4.8 is a little bigger.
    In the past it is 112 MB. Now it is 116 MB.

    Well just try delete preferences and everything works OK.
    But the file is still 116 MB.

    Feature "Edit Primary" was turned on in this case.
    Second is probably "save thumbnail on save" is enabled.
