Capture 4 won't load images

Hello,
I am trying to look at files I had already downloaded and worked on in Capture One Pro 3.7.8. When I click on the Captures Folder all I get are question marks in the viewer. Am I missing something? The files are there and Capture 4 can see them because it gives a file name (and camera settings) for each question mark.
Any help is appreciated.

    Hello,

    There may be a problem with your monitor profile. These are used to create the preview image as an accurate proof, so if it is corrupt, previews cannot be generated. Open monitor preferences and try selecting another profile. Then open Capture One 4 again. We saw this happen alot when users upgraded to Leopard rather than doing a fresh install of the OS.
