Support for Pentax K5IIs ?
Hi, this is my first post on the forum.
I recently downloaded Capture One 6.4.5, since I got a voucher I got it for a bargain. However I never used it yet since I was happy with my old version of Silkypix. However since upgrading my camera to a Pentax K5IIs, Silkypix no longer reads the files in either PEF or DNG.
So I installed the software, and although this version supports files from a K5 according to the list, it doesn't recognised PEF's from my K5IIs and the DNG's look a funny colour.
There is support for the K5IIs in version 7.
Is there likely to be an update to 6.4.5 to allow it to read raw PEF files from a K5IIs ? Or will I have to cough up for an upgrade to v7 ??
Thanks,
Rod

OK, another question. How many PC's can I install Capture One 6 Express on using the same activation code.
I can't find the info on the website for v6 or v7, Express or Pro versions.
Ta,

Capture One 6 is still available for download and is supported by the support department but it is no longer in Development.
Development ended shortly after Capture One 7 was released.
Any future Camera Support will be available in Capture One 7.0 -

OK, thanks for the quick answers and for that info. I did wonder since the software's a bit older that it might take a few days to get an answer! Anyway, if there's no forthcoming support for the K5IIs in v6, then I guess an upgrade to v7 is the only way forward if I continue with Capture One.
