Create your own lens profile?

Is it possible to create your own lens profile for a lens that doesn't (as yet) appear in the Capture One profiles?

I've recently purchased (and am very pleased with it) the Nikkor 200-500m f5.6E ED lens.

Any help would be very welcome.
