Phase One tutorial only as silent movie?

My problem: While playing Phase One tutorials I don´t get tone. Only the introduction will be supported by tone. The other tutorial sessions are playing as a silent movie. http://www.phaseone.com/Global/Tutorial/Tutorials.aspx
I´m using a quick DSL connection with 2MB/s download stream.

What´s your experiences?

  Hello
  
  Only the English version include spoken words. All other is video only.
  The tutorials is in QuickTime format so if you are viewing the English version and get no sound I would refer you to Apple for solutions.

  English is no problem for me but the text on Phase One website is a little bit misunderstanding: "Click a flag to view the tutorial in the corresponding language." http://www.phaseone.com/Global/Tutorial/Tutorials.aspx
