"No Camera Attached"
Hello all,
I'm trying to connect my Canon 40d to Capture one Pro 5.2. However i am getting the result "No camera attached"
I'm using mac os x and I have eos utility running in the background. If i close eos utility my camera tells me it's busy and stays busy indefinitely until i open eos utility again.
It should work, I had it tethered before when I first got the program however now it doesn't seem to be responding. Perhaps i'm missing step.
any help would be appreciated.
p.s- I've updated all my software and tried different usb cables.

Do not start EOS Utility when you want to connect your camera to Capture One. It is one or the other. Power off and on both camera and computer and try again. 0
