Have you tried to change to a new session and/or trash all phaseone prefs?

I tried a new session, no luck. I didn't trash all the PhaseOne prefs. I'll give that a shot.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Nope, still no luck.

I didn't trash anything, and install 481 without problem.

I clicked process, all images went to the batch and process as intended.

Is the batch queue stopped? Is the batch queue full with jobs pending? Try deleting all jobs in the batch queue and try again (make sure the queue is started).

I give up! It won't even place an image in the Batch Queue. I've tried all your suggestions and it still won't process an image. I reinstalled the software, still nothing. I've used Capture One for over 5 years with no trouble at all. Now nothing. Very very frustrating.

Open a support case. They usually respond quickly.

Why are you using the Beta? Why not upgrade to final?

First time using Phase One 😄

I always listen to opinions about the better color process with C1 and I want to give it a try but as you can see I'm having problems with the beta.

Not sure what you mean by Beta? CO1 Pro is not a beta product. Most are finding version 4.8.1 to be pretty stable.

I'm terribly sorry, my mistake. I meant trial 🤭

I just upgraded to Version 4.8.1 and now I can't Process at all, single images or batch process. Nothing happens when I press the process button. I cleared the Batch Queue as was suggested on the support web page and have unchecked "Edit Primary Only". Nothing worked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly the same now for me !!!

Have you found any solution? (of course I've deleted all prefs and started again, but with no more success… (Mac Pro 8 cores - 8 Gb of Ram - Mac OS x.5.7 - CO 4.8.1)

By the way while working on 670 file session, I had several CO "out of memory" crashes…

    I trashed :
    User/library/com.phaseone.captureone.plist
    User/library/com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist
    User/library/com.phaseone.captureone.log
    and
    User/library/com.phaseone.captureone/Cache.db

restarted the Mac and now it does work again…

    Works again…

    What happened:
I batched from the same session a set of 181 pictures at full res, 15% and 2% to built a 3 level slideshow.
CO hangs when it starts to batch the file at 2% size… it sems it's too small for CO…
Even a single frame won't process at 2 %… bah! will do that in PS but quite weird from CO in fact…
