bug: C1 3.6 freezes while processing reproduced!

Problem: Capture One LE freezes when I insert a raw into the queue while the file is being processed.

Steps to reproduce:
- select a directory with raw files using the file browser
- select exactly the same directory as destination for the processed files (the same! not a subdir!)
- insert a file into the queue for processing

Now C1 will be frozen until the file is processed.

This will only happen when the output files are stored in the directory that is open in the picture browser/collection.

This did not happen in 3.5, so I'd guess the update routine for the thumbnail window has changed somehow.
