Lock / Unlock key for editing ?
HI,
Run CO 8.1.1 (for Sony), win7.
My question is whether it is possible to lock one or more image variants from further editing by a key command when your changes are ok. As a read only status flag.
It has happened several times to me that I changed one image by mistake when I clicked back and forth between images and had the wrong tool enabled rather than Pan.
For example, the Brush in the local adjustment tool is active and then click another image in the viewer, which also creates a local layer on this picture.
Sometimes you do not notice it until later and there is no history that can show what happened.
Regards,
Nils

I am afraid that, as far as I know, there is no edit lock function. 0 -
Thanks for the answer.
Pity, it would have been nice to have that opportunity.

It might be a nice feature. You can suggest features in a support case to Phase One.
