Storage location for Workspace settings

What is the folder/file storage location for personalised Workspace settings, recipes etc? I would like to copy my iMac setup to my MacBook pro. Thanks.

    ~/library/application support/Capture One/

    Library is hidden on 10.7 onward so you may need to find it first. Easiest method is to open the "Go" menu in finder and hold the option key to show it.
