Opening when detects a camera

I upgraded to 7 and the one thing I noticed now is that it opens whenever it detects a camera attached to the computer. Including when the iphone gets plugged in to charge. I can't find in preferences where to change this. Help? & Thanks

  Applications --> Image Capture with the phone plugged in set it to "No Application"
