Cannot install or copy 7.15
Hi had a major issue today 7.1492 would not open had recently run onyx downloaded 7.15 btw took 2 hours on two different networks (maybe you can look at your server)
7.15 will not install and I cannot copy to the desktop I'm running mac osx 10.7.5 been checking spotlight indexing... but does anyone have any experience with a situation like this?

Could you give us a bit more information? "7.15 will not install" is pretty vague. Are you getting any error messages? Is the DMG image not opening? A lot could be going on here.

That said...Most often, things like this are a problem with OSX far more often than a problem with Capture One. There isn't anything fancy built in to the C1 installation process that should be causing problems here as long as you've got enough disk space, your disk permissions aren't screwy, and your installer image downloaded correctly.
My initial guess is disk permissions, but you may need to get super aggressive and give DiskWarrior a run if you find other applications are also acting wacky.
Onyx is awesome if you've got it configured correctly. I generally avoid having it flush my spotlight index just because of how long it takes to recreate itself (and inevitably it's doing so when I'm in a rush).
Running repair permissions is my go-to, and you'll want to re-run it until you have almost no errors thrown if you keep getting lots of errors. From there I'll move on to Disk Warrior (which is still awesome and relevant even with solid state drives).
That said, take a look at this article that outlines how to perform a clean removal of Capture One on 10.7 and 10.8 .
You shouldn't need to re-download the installer image, but once you've done the clean removal you will definitely need to go through the reactivation process (and possibly reset your license activations from the PhaseOne website).

Hi there is nothing to add, I have the dmg unstuffed and see the app. usually I drag to the desktop but can't do anything with it. I have downloaded it 3 times on different networks. it doesn't say anything I get the beach ball of death, I reinstalled the entire OS yesterday, and still have this problem.
I've tried the standard fixes with permissions etc... I've done this many times since 3.21 I'm pretty savvy on Mac since I've used it and resolved my issues since os7 anyway, I thank you for your help. I've never had success getting help from Phase only marketing crap...
I've done the complete capture integration removal as well. Too bad phase makes normal people provide answers but that's how they run their little operation.

Not sure to unstuff the DMG is the best route. When I double click the DMG I downloaded, I get a Finder window which allows me to drag the CO7 icon to the Applications folder (shown as an alias). Sounds familiar? 0 -
Sorry that was my term, I did exactly what you did and I cannot get it to copy and or open.
Very odd behavior but I did download Canon DPP and it worked as normal meaning install so I think it's C1.
don't mean to be so down on C1 but I've had issues with the app since 3.21 but I'm sure that's an isolated instance.
Would love for this 7.15 to work but maybe 7.5? Hope they update...0
