I installed 9.2 today for Windows and rebooted. All the subfolders in my catalog have vanished. What the hell is going on?

Also, Capture One won't close. Just displays the Saving... indicator, but with no indication of progress being made. It's been like this for over an hour. Nor when I click Close does it shut down. I have to close it from Windows Task Manager.

Is there a way to rollback the install without losing one's catalog and settings?

    I have the same issue.

I have made a service request. You should do the same.
I have reinstalled the older release (9.1.2) and everything works as usual. But before you do make a copy of your catalog file, just in case.

Thanks, I'll do that (once I figure out how to make a service request).

What in god's name were their QA team doing with this update? Not paying attention, apparently.

PS Is there a link where the prior version can be downloaded? I did a full uninstall.

We have received the catalog from Support, and will be digging into what went wrong with your catalog. We cannot reproduce the issue in-house, so we are much dependent on the catalog you provided. Thank you for that.

I too am having a similar problem with 9.2 [Windows 10]. I can still search and edit my images but the Folder structure has completley disappeared. If I right click on an image and ask to "Show in Library", it accepts the command but does nothing.

On updating to 9.2 from 9.1.2, there seemed to be no issues but after a few days this problem arose and persists.

Not too happy at the moment. For a professional App, this is not acceptable.

I think this maybe a memory issue, for me at least. Windows 10 is very resource hungry, indeed I've noticed PSCC and Nik plugins reporting memory shortages post W10 installation. CapOne is also known to devour memory, add these two together and there could be issues. So I guess I will just have to await my new Workstation - 64Gb should be enough !

Meanwhile back to LRCC/DXO Elite in the interim. Fortuantely I kept LR up to date.

BTW, tried reverting to 9.1.2 and testing the integrity of the Catalogue. Still no folder structure displayed.
