Tint question

    Chris,

A few options here to try.
You could reset tint to 0 and then select other images and apply to all.
Or you may set the Pulldown at White Balance tab to Shot and then select and apply to all other image files.

If this is your first and only Session, I'm thinking it may be best to have the Previews and Thumbnails rebuild.
C:\\Program Files \\ Phase One \\ Capture One PRO \\ Previews
With Capture One closed, select all the .C1p and .C1w files and delete.
Now restart Capture One, select the Session, and hit icon Refresh contents of current collection to rebuild.

    Sincerely,

Thanks a lot Keith, deleting those files did the trick.

When you say \"apply to all\", is there a function for doing this quickly? Im using a D2x and it would be nice to be able to set the whitebalance to 5000 on all shots in a quick way. Maybe it's me being blind but I cant find the function for it if it's there 🤭

    thanks!

    Chris,

Here's more info than you asked for, but if shooting the D2x you should know. The Custom Camera White Balance is not read because of Nikon’s encryption. Best to choose another WB preset and adjust the Session WB in Capture One.

The problem exists only for in-camera Custom White Balance setting.
See Knowledge Base article #1769 for more information.

In general, it would be better to shoot a D2x with one of the camera’s preset WB choices. Using Custom, the data does not get interpreted in Capture One; and choosing Auto is too variable of a value per shot.
See Tips& Tricks article on White Balance:
    http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Softwar ... lance.aspx

To apply the WB adjustment from one image to the others in a Session:
Select the image (greycard or Macbeth) > establish WB with eyedropper > with this image still selected, use Ctrl+A for ALL or Ctrl+click each image you want to apply the WB setting to > and then click on icon right side that is next to WB 'magic wand'
Apply this White Balance to current selection of captures
a window appears for you to check what exactly you want applied and then hit Apply
This same icon exists for the Exposure and Focus tools. 😉

    Sincerely,

    k c
