What tools can be used with local adjustments/layers?

It would appear that not all of C1-6's adjustment tools are usable with local adjustments. Does someone have a comprehensive list of those that are?

    Sorry to have missed that thread. In any case, the local adjustment tool's functionality needs to be expanded, and I presume that it will be in due time.
