Clone Layer odd behavior

I'm in trouble with LocalAdjustments/CloneLayer
In editing view it works fine and the cloned "patch" is practically invisible.





In the exported image, instead, the patch is non-aligned.



Why?
I'm obviously doing something wrong, but what?

P.S. There is a way to insert an DropBox hosted image (https) in a thread of the forum?

    To post images, click the Img button and paste the URL of the image between the tags.

    Hopefully someone can answer the substantive question.

    Nasty. What is your raw file? Do you have other layers as well?

    @ Ian3: I've tried the Img button, but the result is this:

    The problem may be https?

    @ Paul_Steunebrink: Raw is Olympus ORF and I've only an Adjust Level for HighLight

    because the URL you see isn't the URL of the image..

    I suggest you open a support case and upload the raw file with adjustments.

    @ Bobtographer; In dropbox I can see only that URL, therefore I must choose another system ...

    the image i posted is direct from your dropbox - i just took the time to find the correct link.. Google+ is a pretty good way to get images online so you can link to forums 😊

    Before to call the support, I tried to restart from a New Variant (F7) and I recreated the Layer from scratch. It works ! I had another image with the same problem, I tried in the same manner and now the layer is correct.
    Mmhh...,I think it's better to wait to call support ... 🙄

    Actually that may be quite interesting to analyse to see what is different between the two (or more) edits and then try to work out where any differences may have appeared OR, if there are no obvious differences, how they have become visible during the Process process.
