capture pilot on ipad
hello,
after starting capture pilot, successfully, there is no photo seen in the pilot, only to black squares. how long will it take to see something?

Honestly you should start seeing images almost instantly. If you're consistently having issues there may be problems with connectivity, or you could even have session issues (though connectivity is more likely).
Check out this Capture Integration blog post for some info on the ideal configuration when working with Capture Pilot.
And of course - open a support case with PhaseOne if you continue to have issues. The support team is pretty awesome and should be able to get you sorted out.0 -
Oh - one other thing! If you're using Capture 7.01 - Give the web interface a try to see if you're experiencing the same issues. The web interface will be accessible on non-iOS devices (computers/laptops/android devices). That might give you an idea as to whether the issue is with your iPad or if it's the computer system running Capture One. 0 -
I have to jump in here.
I also only get black squares as thumbs on my Ipad 4...
I did and tested almost everything possible ( as mentioned in the blog ) but nothing helps...
Everything works fine and super fast, but no image thumbs ( black squares ).
This is al the more frustrating since during one of the latest shoots I did, a Make-up lady stumbled over the cables, when she wanted to look at the images on the MacBook, this way, making my camera ( Mamiya with Aptus 22 back) fall on the ground, that costed me a lot of money, so I want to avoid this !!!0
