Cant login to phase one website for automatic update
Hi wonder if you can assist, I am trying to download the latest version of capture one. when i launch the software it checks to see if update is available then asks me to download, at which point i hit a problem, I cant login to my account on the phase one website, it tells me that either my user name or password is incorrect and considering i have had an account for approx 2 years i find this odd. Also when i try to contact tech support the page just goes to a list of error messages. I assume that the problem lies within the phaseone website as i cannot access anything except the main page. Could someone confirm that this is the case.
Apologys for posting here but obviously i cant create a case so opted to try this way instead.

Perhaps it does help to go to the Capture One download page directly:
http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Downloads/CO4.aspx
Note that the 'login' only asks your mail address, no password. If you still experience problems, try another browser (if you have more than 1 installed).0 -
To add to Paul's info...your PhaseOne login e-mail is the one you used to register the software....not the one you use to access this site....so if you've changed e-mail addresses (very likely), just enter the one you were using at that time. As Paul says, it is just a verification..... 0 -
