    Nope.

    Capture One is primarly a RAW converter with editing capbility and asset management. It's not a pixel based graphics editor.

    You could use an external application.

    My choice is PTGui but there are plenty of options out there including free options.

    Affinity Photo, ON1 Raw 2019 are pixel editors with Pano, HDR etc capability.

    Image Composite Editor (ICE) from Microsoft is free:
