Anyone else who can't install 1.2?
I tried just about all I can think of for now...the installer cannot delete the previous version. it looks for the MSI file, and I try to force feed it, but it says that it isn't a valid installation msi file. I tried a few different ones. No go.
Win7 64bit/OS and programs on SSD drive, files on server. Catalog...I think is on OS drive.(?) bit unsure of that. I'm attempting to install over 1.1052546x?
Any thoughts?

What OS?
I did an install just a couple of days ago, and it all went well.

Win7 64bit...sorry for the lack of that bit 💡
It tries to find the msi file to uninstall (As I tried from the OS to uninstall without success). and it says the msi file is not valid0 -
I'm a bit surprised that I'm the only one with this issue, using a rather BASIC system...wow. I did agree to send Phase the crash report 😊 0 -

Through the Phase One site, deactivate your current pc ( saving the id)
Then, completely uninstall the MP software with something like the free Revo Uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uni ... nload.html.
Then try the install again. This should be fairly clean.

thanks Jim, I'll give that a go. ...After I check if I got a support reply 😊 0 -
AMAZING...I tried twice to get that support ticket in and it doesn't show in my history. Something maybe wrong with their website...at least for Firefox (?) 0 -
Looks like that worked! Thanks Jim! 0 -
Glad to hear that the brute force approach.
I have found that there are quite a few programs that don't completely uninstall if I use the standard Windows uninstall mode. I have come to depend on the Revo package to really remove everything.0
