My Capture One has no memory (Recent Sessions)
Hello,
I've had this problem for a long time and just dealt with it. As I'm currently struggling with Media Pro issues, I decided I need to try to get at least this one Capture One issue resolved if possible.
ANY time I close Capture One and reopen it, the "Recents" dialog box opens prompting me to create a new session/catalog or browse. Right in the center of that dialog it always says: "No recent catalogs or sessions". This issue occurs regardless of whether it's been 2 minutes since I had a session open or 2 days. There is never, ever a "recently used" session in that list.
This issue exists regardless of whether I leave the file where it originated or if I move it to an archived location. The issue has followed me through several iterations of Capture One from v6 through v7.1.2 (today). It occurs on both my iMac as well as my laptop, as well.
Just seeing how consistently it seems to NOT work, I have to assume there is some small setting I'm missing in preferences somewhere; whether it's in the OSX or the Capture One system.
Can anyone advise?

OSX > System Preferences > General > Recent Items > [number]
Yours is set to None. Set that to e.g. 10 and you'll have up to 10 items listed (starting at 0 until you've opened/closed/started sessions after changing this option).0 -
