Setting exposure value while shooting tether possible?

Can anyone tell me if I can adjust the exposure value, e.g. f/stop, shutter speed, ISO, etc., while shooting tether? I cannot find anywhere in the software version 3.7. I used to use a program called 10D Remote to link between Canon EOS 10D to my laptop and I think it is a useful feature.

Any ideas?

    You can set all this but only from the camera.
    on Mac version you can see settings on computer and do host capture.
