12.1.3 - Gridlines in crop mode not respecting crop region

I just upgraded from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and the gridlines during the crop tool no longer respects the crop region. Instead the gridlines are relative to the entire frame.

How can I fix this?

    In the Grid tool there is a check box for "Follow Crop"
